Wood Substance - 1810

100Ml EDP. I will keep this short. Matured for 4 weeks. Very similar to the new version from TF. Amazing performance for me, it lasts all day at least. I actually sprayed a different perfume on top of this one on my shirt, and the next day I could still smell Wood Substance while the other perfume was gone. If you like the OG, definitely purchase this one. Great work from PP

Very good oud minerale substitute. To the average nose you wont tell the difference side by side. This of course is subjective and others will disagree however i have the orginal Tom Ford and wood substance and they are ridiculously similar. Oud Minerale lasts 6 plus hours on my skin and this probably last 3-4 hours before it requires respraying.

Great first impression and can't wait to test it 1 month later when it ripens. When it's getting hotter outside, I have no doubts that will be more fresh and prominent.

As always is perfection. The dry down is very flowery so potential buyers should bear this in mind when purchasing.

TF along with GA are my favourite frag designers and wow this is so good. I'm always a little hesitatant on oud as some can be created very wrong, however this is stunner. I cannot wait to smell this after a few weeks for the extract to settle

I’ve had the EDP of this for a few months now, and two of us really love it. It’s been a great reach for the summer. A lovely “aquatic” without being much like the typical “blue”. It manages to remind you of being near an ocean in the summer, in a warm woodland area where you can smell the greens and the woods, but still get the fresh ozone and sea breeze. The longevity and projection are great.

I’d never smelled the TF original, so this was a blind buy based on notes and other reviews. This week I was able to smell the original in a shop. Yikes! Two of us hated the opening, it was nasty, it had a weird mineral note in the opening which was not pleasant at all. Thank goodness this PP version doesn’t have that. After a while the TF slowly settled into the PP version we were familiar with, and then on skin we were both struck by how close the PP was to the TF, just without that funky weird opening, thank goodness.

Like the rest of my PP purchases, I discovered, as others have often said, they get better after a few weeks of owning them, so always bear that in mind.

I smelled the original in the airport after wearing this as a day scent on my recent holiday, I was taken aback when the EXACT scent I had gotten from the PP came off the bottle. Very impressed!

This scent also lasts. Mine is now 3-4 weeks old and two of my T-shirts still smell after coming out of the wash from the holiday.

This is a fragrance I wasn’t familiar with and on paper I wouldn’t normally like, however this is a love for me. Whilst I can’t compare to the original, it matches the description of it and smells really high quality. A really mature and sophisticated freshie, howveer certainly not blind but worthy

This is a fresh ocean type fragrances. Not tropical, coconut, white flower beach vibe but big waves, rough seas, stormy sky type ocean.
Personally I would say it is masculine leaning and as a woman wearing it I found it took a few wears before I stopped worrying about that and learnt to appreciate how lovely it actually is.
I found it long lasting too for a fresh fragrance.

Upgraded
From the 3ml roll on to the 30ml edp . It’s Very very close to the Og 95-97% but lacks longevity so will upgrade to the extrait version.

I tried a small amount of this as spray and oil a while ago and liked it, so came back for more.

Lovely scent, easily activated and looks like it will be easily refillable.

Unfortunately it never arrived.

It has a very unique smell to it. It’s very close to the og aswell 90-95% well Done PP smashing job on this one. Highly recommend trying this one

Option Review:15ml Spray Extract
After using the 15ML Spray Extract for half a year, I want to leave a review on this fragrance.

It's important to know that the Extract Sprays need some time (7-14 Days) until they unfold their beast mode Performance. So don't be disappointed if you use it right away and it's not as strong as some people here claim it to be. I know it's hard but just give them some time.
I always use 4 Sprays, 2 behind the ears and 2 on the front of my neck. Every Extract Spray I own lasts at least 8 hours on me (other people around me can even smell it for a longer time and it sticks for days on clothes!)

Surprisingly this PP creation was my biggest compliment getter yet and it's somehow hard to explain. The perfume displays Oud in a fresh "coasty like" way and it seems like it's addicting to people. If you smell it out the bottle it doesn't seem to be as powerful as other extract sprays but it performs great on the skin.

This scent is something special and you should give it a try!

Smells near enough bang on like the original (which I’ve had) such an amazing scent, really good for summer.

This is very close to the original! Smells almost equally expensive and the longevity is also pretty good! Good job PP!

This is probably my best PP purchase so far.

This is quite close to the original maybe a few more sea notes coming through than the TF version but still a very nice fragrance and well worth it for the price paid.

This is divine. Identical to original, fresh and layered. Silage is fantastic.

love it – the sea notes combined with a smooth oud – I was not very much into Ouds but this one triggered my interest to try more oud fragrances

Beautiful long lasting sea spray aquatic oud fragrance, very fresh and really needs warm weather > 26 degrees to work its magic, getting stronger over time, it will last 6 hours easily. Quality all the way. No way would I pay TF prices for this.
