This is so like the original that I was truly amazed. It is a beautiful, light, intensely floral fragrance that lasts a full 4 hours on my skin. It makes a lovely summer fragrance, as it is airy, and ideal during hot weather
I chose 3 fragrances that reminded me of what I used to wear some years ago. These smells remind me of good times and happy memories…poison, samsara and rive gauche. These are tremendous….so close to the originals and the fragrance stays a long time unlike some others I’ve tried. Would definitely repurchase

I have so missed the fragrance if Ghost Serenity and was very dubious that this would smell anything like it…..but OMG it does!! It transported back to Gran Canaria and my hols. Absolutely love it!!!
I actually own and know the original Rose Star and to my nose this doesn’t smell exactly the same I think it smells even better.
It captures the beautiful character and overall feel of Rose Star, but somehow feels a little richer and more noticeable on my skin. What surprised me most, though, is the performance. The original is lovely but quite subtle on me, whereas this lasts significantly longer and I can actually enjoy the fragrance for hours without constantly wondering where it went.
Fragrance is incredibly subjective, of course, but for me this is an absolutely beautiful interpretation and one I genuinely prefer to the original. Very impressed.
Not smelt the OG but this inspiration is perfect for the summer. If you like mango it’s defo blind buy safe. Already on my 2nd bottle
My husband loves the inspiration scent, but given its expensive cost, we tried thos dupe, it does not disappoint.
The opening was not great for me at first — quite sharp, slightly herbal and almost medicinal — but after it settled, it became clean, smooth, masculine and very easy to wear.
The drydown is the best part: soft musk, cedar, a little warmth from tonka and a clean, slightly soapy feel. It works especially well in warmer weather because it stays fresh without turning citrusy or aggressive.
The longevity on clothing is excellent — I could still smell it clearly after 2–3 days.
For me, this ended up being the best of the samples I tested.
Performance: excellent.
Scent: 8/10 for me.
