Not close to the original

Having experienced the original Roja Aoud Absolue Precieux, a luxurious, creamy, and powerful oud fragrance with exceptional projection and elegance, I was deeply disappointed by Perfume Parlour’s attempt at a dupe. Far from capturing the original’s sophistication, this clone smells cheap and synthetic, bordering on unpleasant—like a bug spray rather than a perfume. Initially, it briefly mimics a few top notes, but these quickly fade, revealing a generic, uninspired base that seems to underpin many of Perfume Parlour’s dupes. Within an hour, it collapses into a monotonous, low-quality scent that lacks any resemblance to the original’s depth or performance. Save your money—this is a poor imitation that fails to deliver.
