Very well crafted

It's surprisingly close to the original, which is a tough job! There aren't any annoying notes. Unique scent! The longevity and projection are moderate. Overall excellent.

Very good take on the original

Great fragrance, just wish the longevity was better. Not as long lasting as the original unfortunately. Other than that spot on and still excellent value.

This scent didnt register for me. I let it macerate for six weeks but the aroma didnt improve. It didnt even register as a skin scent which was disapointing as most of the fragrances i have purchased from PP were outstanding. However i will leave it for a few months to see if it improves

Spot on!

Right off the rip you recognise this classic gentlemanly scent but what makes 2227 - Timeless Intense better (for my taste anyway) is that the bitter/sharp top notes of the original are toned down just the right amount making it much more versatile. The performance is just right too - long lasting and moderately projecting but without being too loud. I got all this just from a sample so will definitely be buying a full bottle asap. Love this.
