Sweet Pleasure For Women - 0912

Sweet Pleasure is better than I expected with a gorgeous rose fragrance. Nahema by Guerlain is my absolute favourite perfume and this is an excellent copy at an amazing price. The delivery time is impressive too. Thank you Perfume Parlour.

beautiful rose, it lacks slightly the green accord of the original, but zi don't care, nice calming scent to sleep with, powdery.

This is a proper vintage perfume. You will get a rich, soapy rose scent.
This is not a fresh, spring-like rose, but a richer, more mature rose.
The mature rose is also quite sweet and dessert-like induced with passionfruit and peach.
Please be aware that this is a more old fashioned kind of scent. It's induced with aldehydes, which gives it that bathroom soap scent.

I personally like vintage type scents, but if you don't like those type of scents then I wouldn't recommend it to you.

I've read someone mentioning that this smells like L'heure Bleu. No, it doesn't smell like L'heure Bleu at all. L'Heure Bleu is extremely powdery with only a light whiff of floral and fruit, whilst Sweet Pleasure is not powdery like that at all and is very strong in the floral and fruit. They are very different.
If I would have to compare it to anything other than Nahema then I would compare Sweet Pleasure To Miss Dior Cherie. But not at all to L'heure Bleu.

Wasn't expecting such a true copy of such a complex perfume. Took me straight back to 1979 when I was too young to dare wear Nahema.
Strong, individual rich gothic rose with the sweetness of the flower rather the generic cloying sugar blast of modern scents.

Edit: My review was for the oil which was strong for an oil. Have since got the extract which is NUCLEAR!

I have the oil. The opening isn’t quite right but the drydown is spot on Nahema!

Based on the oil version. Not tried the original. Very pretty Summer fragrance in my opinion. I found it quite light and fresh. There is an extremely beautiful undertone note to it. Ir maybe its a mixture of all the bottom notes. This one grew on me.Its totally gorgeous and I think the fact that it does have so many notes shows. Its complex elegant and intriguing and I will purchase more. Beautifullly done PP.

Smell very much like a Guerlain. Very sophisticated and austere. Quite noir, black leather gloves and sharply sculptured 40's hat!

This is a lovely Guerlain type fragrance - to me it smells like L'Heure Bleu, but unfortunately not like Nahema which is a gorgeous rose, and I get no rose in this at all.

Gorgeous, immediately identifiable as a Guerlain fragrance. I wish the PP version of Mitsouko was of the same quality but it smelt nothing like Mitsouko. Naheema is worth trying for a vintage, classic Guerlain fix
