Pennine For Men - 1008

Never smelt the original but this is nice an fresh with that typical PDM vibe.

In general, PP copies of PDMs are absolutely phenomenal but this one is truly special. This is one of my favourite fragrances of all time and I am so pleased that there is now a way to source it affordably. Projection and longevity are monstrous. Highly recommend it.

All I get is patchouli with a synthetic sweetness behind it. To me it's a linear scent with just a hint of apple on the very first few seconds. I'm searching for rose and nutmeg but it's missing in action.

I left it to settle for a few weeks but it's no better.

Performance is that of an edt with little to no sillage after two hours but stays on the skin for six.

Lots of recommendations for this online/ YouTube but this is a miss from me.

In my own personal experience dupe fragrances do not seem to last
The potency wears out overtime so I recommend buying smaller bottles more frequently.
With initial sprays, it is very similar to the original after dry downwith notes of amber and wood
Good projection
And it lasts a good 4 to 5 hours

At first, this has a strong single malt whisky smell on my skin before developing into something like Plasticine. Having said that, I really like it!

30ml extract

Have gotten many compliments on this scent, this is my second bottle smells great and lasts all day.

Having read other reviews I was a bit disappointed as my bottle didn't really smell of anything ( maybe just patchouli) . Having let it maserate for 5,weeks the profile of scent is definitely changing and becoming more apparent , so hopefully will get the same appreciation as other reviewers have had .

Probably the longest lasting scent here, but not really my taste.

Bit of a head scratcher this one, I absolutely love this scent and have ordered both the EDP and then the extrait shortly after. The EDP projects insanely and I have received multiple complements on it however even after storing the extrait correctly it just simply doesn’t perform well. It’s a true shame as the scent itself as per with perfume parlour is fantastic

This is a great fragrance and really enjoyed it. I found it 90% Similar to the OG. This is the only PP fragrance that i own where i prefer the OG. The PDM is smoother and to my nose smells much better quality. The pp version opens smelling slightly mecedinal but dries down into a beautiful fragrance with good perrormance. No complaints at all for the price.

If I spray the original, I get whiffs all day long whereas Pennine after the first hour or so, I barely detect anything.

Very good scent, never tried original but have had various in the same scent profile. This seemed very well done but it wasn't something I was going to wear much as it didn't really feel like me. Nevertheless, another well done scent by PP.

Perfect soft masculine vanilla scent with a pear-fresh apple head. Could even be unisex, and definitely recommended for men who dislike "aftershave-y" scents.

This was out of the blue . But a beautiful scent and very long lasting . I only order the extract

This is one he'll of a fragrance really comes dam close to the og pdm version has a brilliant projection had many compliments iv tried the oil , the normal 30ml bottle and the 60ml extract and I can't get enough of it there is a clear reason why this fragrance is always sold out it'd worth stocking up on it when it is in stock !!!

I bought Pennine a while ago and just bought a 10ml sample of the OG. Couldn't wait to do the side by side comparison. Other than the OG being a tiny tiny bit smoother they are pretty identical. In fact maybe my nose is just more used to Pennine coz I actually slightly preferred it. I've read in some comments the OG performed a lot better, not for me it didn't. I can't recommend this one enough.

I got a bottle of Peninne around a month ago. When it first arrives it will have a harsh bitterness to the scent but trust me when I say give it a few weeks. Once macerated, it turns into this sweet tobacco (not listed note) vanilla with a hint of apple in the background. I get why everyone raves about it and why it's on so many people's top list of PP! I managed to rinse half my 30ml in a couple weeks cos I sprayed it so much. Highly recommend this one!

Never smelt the original and wanted to try this due the the hype. It is not to my preference, but the fragrance projects very well and last 8ish hours.

Tested side by side and they are remarkably similar. Incredible.

Firstly what a stunning fragrance this is especially coming into autumn and winter and even as a roll on it's still projects and last for ages, easily get 6 hours off my skin and only reapply cause I love the the scent so much!

Secondly I have tried this next to the OG and isn't spot on to my nose the only difference I can tell is the blending by PDM is maybe a little smoother and more rounded but that's such a minor thing when you compare the price of this version to the OG.

Stunning scent. Will be perfect to wear in Autumn/Winter or in the evening. It’s rich, dark yet fresh with earthy undertones. The rose comes through well in this one.

Wife and daughter love it.

Perfume Parlour are fragrance experts and Pennine is a new one for me. A must try in my opinion and unisex.

Excellent scents, very good quality.

30ml Extract Spray.
This is another beauty from PP. As with other releases, maceration is the key.
I have only owned this perfume for two weeks, but the smell and longevity are now both much stronger than they were.
I can imagine this being a divisive perfume, it's not run-of-the-mill, but I adore it.
For me, this is definitely a scent for cooler, darker weather, and not a summer-scent. That being said, I would wear it on a cool summer's night, in the right environment. A wonderful creation.
