I REALLY DID NOT LIKE THIS when I first smelt the original in an airport. I hadn’t long taken a real interest in scents when I got the chance to smell the OG, Reflection Man on a strip. It smelt like I was smelling a mirror (hence the name!!). It was metallic in a way I couldn’t get my head around, totally alien to me. 6 months later, I smelt RM45 and Reflection Man side by side and my opinion had changed. Now I could understand, this is a great floral scent creating this cold, clean metallic feel that smells fantastic in the air. This would make a perfect signature scent, it cuts through the air making it distinctive and recognisable and it lasts FOREVER. I put this on at 8am and it’s all around me in the air as I write this 12 hours later, from my clothes. For a guy who doesn’t gravitate towards freshies this really fits the space well without being a citrus bomb. PP’s Mirror XLV For Men is unmistakably close to the OG, with a very consistent scent profile that just lasts and lasts.

I wanted to base my reviews on more than just an unmeasured opinion, so I have used this method to rate all of my purchases at week 1 (under 7 days after delivery) and after week 4 (generally mentioned ‘maceration’ time). I always spray 2x each side in the clavicle, 1x behind each ear and the back of my neck, never on clothes.

With a total score of 10 equally split between smell and performance.

This is obviously just my own taste

Performance: 0-5
Checked at 1, 2, 3, 5 & 9 hrs)

I can certainly say that, without exception, every scent has improved in performance between weeks 1 & 4 and by week 12 many have developed further with tobacco and other warm notes becoming much richer.

Very clean and elegant! Smells in the ballpark of prada l'homme and sartorial but more complex than the latter. Super happy with the purchase of the extrait, I would definitely buy it again! Disclaimer: I have not tried the OG.

Giving this 5 stars due to value for money.

I own and cherish the original and am very familiar with how it wears. In terms of scent profile this is 90%+ the way there, after the first 10 minutes you wouldn't be blamed for thinking they're the same fragrance in the air. Up close the PP interpretation lacks the buttery texture of the OG but it's a hefty price to pay if you care about that, especially at retail prices. You can tell the amount of naturals are higher in the OG e.g. Neroli however this is to be expected at such a high price point. Ultimately you'd need to have a mature and accustomed nose to be able to deconstruct the fragrance and draw these differences out.

This has similar projection to the original and also similar longevity, the skin scent is basically identical and is still present after 10 hours.

Can easily recommend this one if you like to smell clean, it's a lovely combination of white florals and green facets that takes the original reflection man and makes it more masculine.

Okay dry down, but the opening is not good

Having not owned an original of this, I simply bought it on the notes, I can't comment on it's similarity. What I can comment on is the amount of compliments I've had wearing it!

Sadly the new juice smells nothing like the previous one ordered back in June. The previous one was a statment, this one is meh

I purchased the 15ml Extrait and i am very impressed its is so close to the OG at least to my nose anyway i will definitely be buying a bigger bottle.

I bought twice from perfume Parlour and each time it was up to expectations both in quality and price . But many of perfumes I wanted are sold out for quiet sometime. Best impressions of big brands .

This smells decent but It's quite far from the OG, Also the performance hasn't been great for me and it left me a bit disappointed. It resembles the OG but it's not close enough for me to warrant a bigger bottle purchase.

I love Perfume Parlour, they make Reflection 45 exactly the same for 10th of the price. Superb job.

Wasn’t entirely sure about this one at first but it really grows on you. Fresh but powerful at the same time . Great projection and longevity and you will stand out wearing this. Great job by PP

I'm already regretting buying 15ml instead the 60ml extract. This is something else. The Juniper and the Lavender with a bit o woodiness is sublime. I've never smelled the OG and I dont care..maybe one day I'll but a 10ml decanted sample, but so far I've bought half a dozen OG decanted 10ml samples from Tom Ford to Creed and PP has replicated them almost perfectly. I'm guessing this is another to add to the list.
