Green Timber - 0386

Just bought this. Tried once and it's a new autumn winter favourite. Original, complex and opulent

So good, perfect from Christmas time of year, captured the qualities from the TF og. Last hours too

I haven't smelled the original TF version of this but this is nice.
It has a kind of old-school aftershave vibe about it. I find it to be a masculine perfume. It smells of the great outdoors, lots of greenery, pine, woody notes.
It's not something I'd wear too often and certainly a winter scent to my olfactory system and once it's macerated a little it will be perfect for the run-up to Christmas. I like it. Oh, and it's very strong. I bought the extract version - 15ml.

Option Review:3ml Roll On
I managed to get a 1ml decant of the original, which I really enjoyed,so bought one of PP's roll ons. This is incredibly close. Quite a unique scent. Green, woody, leathery (I smell the classic leather chemical Isobutyl quinoline in there). Really quite unique, and an excellent interpretation.

Option Review:13ml Spray
I had some real trouble with this one, I had it a few weeks and thought I'd wear it, I used 1 spray either side of my neck and one on my T shirt. I was met with an almighty blast of strong pungent scent which caught in my throat and for the next 2 hours affected my breathing, I am asthmatic but I've never had any trouble with perfumes before. Just beware to use this very sparingly or try one of the other green perfumes from T.F.

Stunning, just stunning! Feels like I am on a Greek island sitting by the sea and the gentle breeze blowing the scent of poplar buds and olive leaves through the warm balmy air, and the freshness of ripe plum adds to the fragrant aroma leaving me calm and relaxed. this scent transports you to a beautiful Greek island....amazing scent!

the best of the Vert scents of TF - though I am waiting for a colder day to wear this gem - is in the same ballpark as Italian Cypres but different
