Incorrect item received

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the smell of Penultimate Letter for Men as I had ordered because unfortunately I instead received "Revolving Spikes" and I have been unable to get any response from Perfume Parlour in order to get a replacement or refund.

The scent is great, but customer service is, as per usual, AI bots...

Unfortunately, every single platform now is blighted by AI bots customer service. Perfume Parlour is no exception to this depressing rule. Their bot kept calling me by another name, even after having been corrected. Why don't companies realise how their image suffers because of this? AI is not good enough yet (and who knows if it'll ever be) to replace thinking humans.

This was not my cup of tea at all. Had expected a more clean, soft, gourmand vanilla.
