I just got the perfume and I’ve had Ombre Nomade before this is 100% ombre nomade it smells exactly and performs exaxtly the same. A true beast. Keep up this great job

What can I say, this Card Wander 1940 Extract has had random people following me to ask what I was wearing! I can still smell it on my clothes after they have been in on a long cycle!

Not a Arab Oud but a different sort of Oud, similar to something that you would expect coming from Dior, Gucci etc.

A very potent opening. The rose is instantly noticeable with the raspberry giving it a balanced dryness and sweetness. It is not "Oud" as you would expect from middle eastern fragrances, more of a western/French take on Oud. A couple of sprays are more than enough to fill a room and make your presence known. It is beautifully heavy, I would advise wearing it in colder seasons and weather. Overall, a good pick for a daring man.

No experience with the original fragrance.
Smells very strongly of flowers and wood. Very perfumey and artificial. Smells like my mum's perfume so not for me.

The opening is striking — a juicy raspberry note mixed with smoky oud and a touch of geranium. That fruity brightness against the dark agarwood sets the tone right away. In the heart, benzoin and amberwood bring resinous warmth, while rose adds a subtle softness that balances the intensity. As it dries down, saffron, incense, and birch create a leathery, smoky base that feels rich and mysterious. The leather vibe really comes through here, giving the fragrance its bold, luxurious edge. Longevity is excellent, and it’s definitely one for evenings or when you want to make a statement.

I'm very familiar with the original and this is spot on!

This scent is lovely but it’s got nothing on the original. The PP version smells more like Dior oud ispahan. Original has so much more depth to it. PP version lacks the leathery/amber element. People saying it’s like for like have clearly not smelt the original. Still a banger if you want something close to Ombré nomad.

I never tried the original Ombre Nomade, but all copies of it smell like this PP version, so I presume it's what the original must smell like. It's a really strong scent. I wore it to the office and it was too much. It's better for when you are out and about.

Tried it today in the office, so many compliments from the girls, it's been over 12 hours and still going strong, it's definitely a good blind buy

Smells great

Really impressed with this one. 1940 has a clean opening that feels fresh but smooth. The raspberry & Oud stand out nicely without being too strong, and it dries down into something warm and a bit woody. It’s subtle but classy.

I’ve had a few compliments, and for the price, it’s seriously good value. Lasts a decent amount of time too — around 6 to 8 hours on my skin. Feels like something way more expensive.

Definitely one of my favourite finds from PP so far- very close to the original. Would happily wear this day or night. This is the EDP, and I’ve recently purchased the Extract version

This is the best fragrance i have smelt, I have not smelt the original LV Ombre Nomade but wow this is a luxurious fragrance

The project is great, can be smelt 1-2 metres at least. It also lasts very long

Would highly recommend this one

I really wanted to like Ombre Nomade because of the hype around it and the fact it's made by LV. But unfortunately it's not for me.
