Perfume Parlour Fragrance

The Scent

An intensive spicy-woody fragrance for colder days. This fragrance was created so it would be a kind of an essence of black cashmere, something dark It was announced as oriental chypre. The top notes are French jasmine, black truffle, ylang-ylang, black currant and effervescent citrus. In the floral-spicy heart, dwells the black orchid, imaginary more than real, and the base combines woodsy notes (patchouli and sandalwood), dark chocolate, incense, amber, vetiver, vanilla and balsam.

I LOVE this, I have worn it almost every day since I got it.

I LOVE this, I have worn it almost every day since it arrived. I have a sample of the Tom Ford original, and I honestly wear this in preference as it's so close as to be pretty indistinguishable, and lasts longer than Black Orchid. It's a beautiful not too floral scent with a sense of being enveloped. Great sillage, as well as longevity. I bought the matching oil too, and it's just as good, I sometimes wear the oil under the original (which I do still love despite my huge love for this version) to give it more longevity.

Here's a tip - couple of dabs of Hindi Oud on pulse points and in beard. Swipe Noir Labellum oil on top and lightly dab the areas to meld with the Oud.
Finally spray Noir Labellum II over everything and slay!
This method will get you into trouble, trust me and tomorrow you will have a story too precious to share.

Perfume Parlour have come up trumps again with a stunning rendition of Black Orchid, and it performs beyond expectations for me. Powerful sillage for a good few hours so apply at least half an hour before you go out! Longevity - still going strong 12+ hrs. I also bought the Parfum version which is also stunning. Not built for discreet liasons !
