Omg, it smells so close to the bottle i had in my 20’s. If anything, a little better. Will be buying again. Good amount of projection and longevity.

I had the original Midnight in Paris and it was my favourite smell. After Van Cleef and Arpels stopped making it I thought I'd never find a perfume as good. This is almost identical. I love it.

Smells similar and not very strong but am happy to have it

Bought this 15ml extrait as part of a bundle, never heard of Van Cleef & Arpels before but liked their name & took a chance - really glad I did, this is a wonderful warm slightly powdery scent with a lovely dry-down.

This extrait version has really good performance aswell, sadly Midnight in Paris by Van Cleef & Arpels has been discontinued & now versions on ebay are selling for silly money - this is where PP fills the gap admirably!

I have been searching for years for a good MIP clone. I have both the EDT and the EDP. I first ordered the PP oil version. And found it to be quite close to the original. In my opinion the oil version is somewhat "brighter" smelling than the original. However you can recognise the original right away for 95%. That iconic MIP note is so clearly there. PP oil version was so great enough, I decided to purchase the fragrance compound version. So that way I am able to dilute it with perfumers alcohol in my own ratio.
I received the fragrance compound version. And made a small batch of 20% frag comp and 80% alc. And ooh yeah, we got a winner! It smells almost identical to the EDP version i have. It smells 99.9% in my opinion. The only difference is I find PP version to smell more deeper that the original version. And I do like that a lot from PP version.It seems to smell just a small bit less floral and more deeper than the original. Which is a def win for me.I prefer that. There were times I did not wear the original sometimes because I found it smelled too floral. And now the 20-80 ratio with PP frag comp version is exactly how I wanted the original to smell like.
Also forgot to mention that he oil version last sooo long. And the 20-80 frag compound version has similar longevity as the original EDP version. Im going to be tweaking a bit more with the ratio to find the best ratio that suits my need.
But folks, in my opinion this is def the best clone out there you can find!

This was a blind buy ... it performs good , smells really nice... but it's not the easiest fragance to wear unless you are a vampire or a poet.

I have the original MiP edp and recently I finished the edt. PP version is very similar in scent and performance. I would say the smell is 90% close, and the performance is comparable to the edp.

Have not had the pleasure of smelling the original, but it is very nice.

It is different to most other smells, but it's intriguing and makes you want to spray it again

I've had Midnight in Paris in the past and I regret selling it before it got discontinued. The PP version is very close to the original. Bang for the buck!

This is pretty good. It's my daily fragrance now. It's soft and girls love it, but you definitely need to be the right kind of person to wear this!

Option Review:13ml Spray
Gutted I only got the 13ml.. Put a 30mlnextract in my basket for next month.. Really impressed. Unisex. Bit powdery but in a nice way as I generally hate powdery scents.. Has a unique note in it I think was the tea note.. Really really nice scent. Probably best worn formally in fall/winter or in a nice pub with good company. Wore it after my shower to test drive and live at first sniff.. Not massively projecting but performance was better than expected.. Amazingly woke up the next morning and could still smell it on my skin and Tshirt.. And the dry down changed to a vanilla esq type smell

Option Review:13ml Spray
I had very high expectations for this one because I am a fan of discontinued perfumes. But I'm disappointed and I don't mean the PP work. I mean, the scent is really lovely, it's not powerful, it's soft, it's not as sweet-tonka as I remember it in the og and as I would have liked it more here, subtle and discreet, but friends, this has no length, it doesn't project, it has no trail, but then again, neither did the og. Wear it in private and if anyone gets close to your skin in the first few hours it's a lethal weapon. Do you like Dior Home without the iris? Here it is. Don't buy the spray like me, go for the extract and let me know if it improves.
