Venom For Women - 0344

I have three or four favourites in my life, and ones I always remember scent wise, one is this perfume. This is 0344 and called VENOM.. Customer services were very good when I emailed to ask questions about this scent, and would it indeed smell divine like the original. I was sceptical because the original is a hard perfume to make, it is a strong perfume, and has delicate and strong notes. Some people can wear it well, some not. I am also allergic to some perfumes, I have sensitive skin. I am pleased to say as soon as I opened the 50 ml bottle, I knew instantly what this perfume smelt of.

You will love this scent if you are a fan of P***** ( what you put on the floor to get rid of vermin)… the scent is just how I imagined it would be, in fact exactly the same, I am well over joined not having to pay a lot of money for the original.around £70-80 + for 50 mls from town stores. I read the reviews on here first, weighing up the positives towards the negative, positive won easily.

For those that have never tried p***** this scent is strong when it first goes on, quite overpowering and that is how this scent should be. So a good start. The scent the longer you wear, lasts on me about 8 hours. Of course it fades as it should. The people wearing will think after a few hours the scent has reduced, it hasn’t. Other people will smell you and that is exactly what should happen, that is a good scent.

To end my review, I would like to add I am very fussy, and did not expect this company to get this particular scent correct. But I am really pleased they have. From ordering, picking, packaging and delivering, took just over a week to land at my door with the postman. The packaging is vital especially as it is in a 50ml glass bottle. It is packaged excellently. When the postman delivered that morning, I have several parcels, I actually dropped the scent on the floor. The packaging held up, and I had no leaks whatsoever.

This is one of my favourites from the Perfume Parlour now, and I have been looking at different ones.

I would like to ask the Perfume parlour if they can add the postage with the perfume price, as may make it easier and customers knowing the price upfront.

Smelled awful

I was given this as a prsent when i was only 18 - a little old people said, but I loved it. I could not remember the perfume out of my head but when I just opened the box I knew I found it back - it is great, deep, lasts long but with eau de parfum you really have to be decent and careful

Doesnt smell loke poison at all, bbuy from jubilee instead

I brought a 30ml EDP and I'm in love. I haven't used the original poison but this is an amazing scent, very 80s/90s coded and once it's dried down smells even better. It's extremely strong, I only need a few sprays and it lasts for hours. Again whilst I cant compare to the original, this is a stunning, different fragrance and clearly belongs in the poison range!

Beautiful fragrance, swift despatch

I’ve tried so many, and this smells identical to the original in the green bottle many years ago. The big bottle lasts ages, and just like the original the scent never wears off, until you wash your clothes. Fab, and I’m so pleased I have my original scent back. 10/10.

0344 - Venom is absolutely divine! I have been after the original for ages but nowhere seems to stock it so I thought I would give PP a go as I have had perfumes from here before. WOW! I was not disappointed at all, it smells exactly like I remembered. I only got the 2ml tester to try but I will definitely be ordering a bigger bottle.

...not so similar. In my opinion is possibile to smell a dark bitter olfactory note that clashes with the whole of the perfume

Fantastic value quick delivery and smell last all day

Smells identical to the poison I used in the early 90s ...I didn't get one comment today whilst wearing it at work but I don't care, I could smell it all day and made me feel like a teenager again

This is similar to the original 1985 version but not as powerful and in your face, which personally I think is a good thing.

I cannot believe how similar to Poison this smells. I own the original perfume and a vintage bottle from the 80's and Venom is spot on, love it.

This is so 80's. I absolutely love this fragrance and it's just a gift that keeps on giving. I think I'll try the stronger version...not sure if that's smart...lol.

The Queen of all perfumes.

I had the original. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed with the similarity.

Original Poison would smell throughout the house for days, it wa that powerful so was looking forward to this spray after reading so many positive reviews. First spray was initially disappointing as nowhere as powerful as original Poison of years ago. That said, once it settled we could see the fragrance was about right. Longevity is pretty good as still detected on the skin next day after showering and washing up. Worth the money overall and would also suit those that found the original overpowering. For us, the oil may have been a better choice. We have ordered Creed, Bon Bon and The Night and look forward to reviewing them when they arrive.

Definitely not one for my wife or me. Smells like cat urine. We decided to get rid - really not pleasant.

Excellent fragrance and fast delivery.

Never had my nose on the original but this is a potent and polarising scent. Decent longevity, 50ml spray for £12. What is there not to like about it?
