The Scent

Velvet Fig is a smooth and indulgent floral fruity gourmand fragrance crafted for both men and women. It opens with fresh fig leaf, bergamot and mandarin, gently lifted by pink pepper to add a soft spicy brightness. At the heart, ripe fig blends beautifully with ylang ylang and a subtle salty accord, creating a unique contrast between creamy sweetness and a light mineral freshness. As it settles, brown sugar adds warmth while patchouli, liquorice and vetiver bring depth and balance, creating a rich, smooth and long-lasting finish. Smells like sexy bubblegum

I enjoyed this scent. I can't vouch for how close it is to the OG cause I've not smelled that, but this PP version is very fun. It's a bright, sparkling, summery sort of fragrance that reminds me of those cubes of watermelony bubblegum, but in a sexy way. The sophisitcated part of the fragrants takes over in the drydown and it's qutie beautiful. If you like your fruity florals extra fruity, give this a try!

Good scent, terrible performance

I bought a tester of this scent, while it smells pretty good and almost like the original, the performance is terrible. I sprayed it on heavily before leaving the house however within 30 minutes I could barely smell it on my shirt. It's obviously made very poorly, glad I didn't buy a full bottle.
