Loved the quality of the oils

I love PP’s products. Oud Marine and Rumkale are current favourites.

Pretty close to the OG and although its a little less iris heavy and doesn't last as long (but still fine), it's still very nice and probably easier to wear than the OG.

All my reviews are based around two scents from here, Coveted and Insight as they are 5/5 for me. Two very different scents but a good benchmark for me to work with.
French Power has a light milder scent to it, it is actually very pleasant and summery but the EDP is a little on the weak side and needs a good few blasts to get the full benefit, it lost 1 star because of this, I would imagine the extract to be better suited for this product.

I already wrote a review which is a 99% perfect rewview. Today wearing it again after about 1 year, and, it is indeed a great scent, only a tiny difference is noticeable. But I am sure, most people don't smell that difference in the AIR. Do you even know, all of you perfume experts out there, that in terms of human olfactory, for some scents: the more diffused the molecule is, the more oxygen and all of the rest mixes with the molecules, the stronger it smells. Some molecules are like that, and that Diagramm isn't linear. It's like exponential and logarhythmic. until a certain value, when it isn't noticeable anymore. One made an experiment with the worst designed smell, any acetonic whatever chemical. He. Tested it in the woods, and nearby it was surprisingly weak. Barely noticeable. But on the other side of the lake in the nearby town, people had to vomit on the streets. True story. keep in mind, that it's NEVER a good idea to press the nose on your skin at the spot you sprayed on. 1 sprays of the elexir us enough. And I want to mention, after 2 years of maceration, the scent improved in all regards. It smells smoother, better, less synthetic, more intense and the longevity is better. Smells 95 % like DHI.

I get so many compliments on this one! I love it. Its a spot on dupe of Dior homme intense! 99%. Projection time is awesome!

kind of reminds me of the original but not as rich. Smells okay. Getting a lot more iris standing out. There's also a strong ginger note that I don't get from the original. It's definitely not as well blended.

Genuinely It took me a while when I got the OG of this to love it.

Mens: I bought Intense Black II, French Power and Italian Man.
I love them all, in that order.
They are all slightly different and have a modern perfume.

Once the top note has disappeared, the scent becomes really pleasant and lasts until the next day. I find the top note unpleasant, hence only 3 stars
wenn die Kopfnote erstmal verflogen ist, dann entwickelt sich der Duft wirklich sehr angenehm und hält bis zum nächsten Tag. Die Kopfnote empfinde ich als unangenehm, deshalb nur 3 Sterne

Not sure if I possibly got a bad batch of this one? I have ordered a number of fragrances from PP now and all have been fantastic, but French Power stood out because it was uncharacteristically bad! I ordered a 13ml EDP and the only way I can describe it, it smells like TV static?? Really bizarre, not for me.

French Power For Men - 0509

The opening is nothing like I was expecting. No blast of Iris at all.
This smells more like Tommy Hilfiger Impact intense or Detour Noir and gets slightly closer to the OG over time.
No woody cacao dry down either as with DHI.
It doesn't smell unpleasant, but it certainly isn't Dior Homme Intense or Kayaan classic for that matter.
Returned for a refund.

Let me be very clear. Although my favourite is Parfum, this Intense is very good and here you have one of the best inspirations on the market, forget about looking for Arab brands because Parlour's, no matter what they say and after some time, is the most similar and with the best performance. I only wish I could see Prada L'Homme Intense here too.

I'd like to comment on the fragrance as I started to love the OG recently, but unfortunatly I got one fragrance wrong tagged, as it taged as French Power but the scent is the opposite to Dior Homme Intense.
The one I got is actually good, I liked it, is similar to Tygar by Bvlgari, but so far from Dior Homme, wich is the one I wanted to get.

This is lovely, never actually smelled the original but this has a familiar scent it lasts aswell.

Smells 99% like the OG but the performance of Perfume Parlour is better. I have the extract and 1 spray is already noticeable with a scent trail. 2 sprays are good to go and 3 sprays are - you know - good for nights out and dates. longevity is like 9+ hours. The original is not even close to that. The only difference in the scent profile is noticeable only in the very late dry down, just before the scent is gone. And it is only noticeable on the skin, at least for me, the wearer. I mention this because the wearer is the person who smells the least of any fragrance, due to olfactory fatigue and nose-blindness. The OG has a note like a mixture of iris and lavender and something else. I am not sure what it is, but it smells divine. The PP version instead has more of a soapy note, just before it fades out after 9+ hours and only close to the skin. so people around won't notice any difference, I'm pretty sure. again, great work by Perfume Parlour.

A nice classy date night fragrance, not a party-type in the club scent.
Wife loves it

Smells like varnish at start, gets better as it dries. Ok but wouldn't buy again.
