Never owned the og so can't compare. This aftershave is unbelievable! It smells so good and lasts on you skin for hours. Definitely in my top 8

So I bought this because the original is discontinued. The original was an EDT, this is an EDP. from the bottle it smells similar but not exactly the same... But as soon as you spray it, it smells Exactly the same, but better, because its much bolder, which I wanted the original to be like.
The original lasted for only 30-45 minutes, even with double sprays in the same area. This lasts for much longer, maybe quadruple that or more, so thats a win for me.

Have no idea how close this is to the original but it's an absolutely gorgeous scent, so much so that I had to purchase the larger 30ml as opposed to this 15ml I got as part of bundle - this is the extrait perfume spray & I love it, it's very long lasting & smells of quality, the dry down is to die for!

Option Review:30ml Spray Extract
I have about 15ml or so left of the original CH MP because I'm running out I thought I'd take a gamble on this PP version. So I bought the 15ml Extract as CH MP is well known for its longevity & projection issues, so I thought this would solve those issues, but sadly this PP version isn't close enough yet to the original to be an alternative to the real thing. Side by side Venezuelan Secret is about 70% similar to CH MP. The main issue is it doesn't have a whisky note but instead a pine like note that reminds me of a car freshner. I hope PP work on getting this closer to the original, because the original CH MP is very sort after.

This fragrance is beautiful and unique. Can't wait for the colder months to wear it.

Amazing, my brother loved it and he prefers it over The One, it has a sweet opening, you can were it for all weathers in my opinion.

In the Herrera Men review I wrote it was the best fragrance Herrera ever made for men - which is wrong because it should be CH Men Privé is the best Herrera ever made for men - a major compliment getter

Absolutely live this scent! I cant vouch for ot being an exact match due to not owning the original.. That being said, this is a beautiful, spicy winter wonder.. I love the smell and it has so much depth! The only problem is how addictive the scent is, causing me to want to apply more every few hours to project it again! The scent projects for a good hour or so, but stays a skin scent for so much longer! Absolutely brilliant, buy it.. you wont be disapointed!

Smells just like CH men prive. Great in spring/ autumn. Maybe a little boozy sweet for summer but sweetness fades after half an hour so it may work.

Smells really sweet in the beginning, dries down to a more muscular scent.

This smells really nice. Better than the CH men. performance is good I have the 30ml spray. I dont think anyone will dislike how this smells. Brilliant
