Velour Vanilla is really beautiful. I bought it on a whim not expecting much to be honest ,and I am truly so happy with how its shaping up this past few weeks , it has matured already & grown somewhat richer & more long lasting. I walked into my bedroom today & smelled it, having only sprayed small amounts in recent days to enjoy its velvet smooth aroma at bedtime. It is special, i love it

I found this so close to the original,
I don’t have it (for obvious reasons) to compare side by side, but Idont need it, its Bloooody amazing

I can smell the vanilla and opoponax is very prominent on this one,
Its not a room filler (neither the original)
I found a little soapy (tiny little bit) and powdery, a bit musky too.
This fragrance is more intimate, not too sweet or overly gourmand.
Im glad I got it, might pick up another bottle for back up
For my taste it’s 9.5/10 - it’s not 10/10 just because it’s not a room filler (like the original) but its just my preference - but quality it is a 10 for sure
