I've never had a bad experience with perfume parlour until now. This fragrance literally smells like cat urine.

This smells like (bad) cooked mandarines, period. To the people saying this is a perfect dupe, sorry, this isn't even an average dupe! Did you compare it against the Initio MT or the Middle Eastern replicas? I've been a customer of PP for over 15 years, Musk Therapy and Musc Ravageur are a few of the only fragrances they can't replicate, so I suspect it's something to do with the quality of the musks, unfortunately.

Perfect dupe! This fragrance is one of my favourite perfumes for day wearing. Remedial Substance is an absolute copy of Musk Therapy by Initio parfums Prives, I have tested the original many times, I don't see any difference between the two, and the price of this dupe is many times lower and more affordable. Great unisex, but for me is more feminine, great for summer and spring.

Bought remedial substance in a bundle of 15ml extraits, musk therapy is one of my favourite perfumes which made me sad when this arrived because it literally smells like I’ve been sprayed with cat pee, I think it’s the soft musks mixed with the orange? I’m not sure but the current batch is horrible, patiently waiting for shiny liquid to come back :)

I received both this and the authentic Musk Therapy, and this one smells nothing like the original. It has a strange Lactonic note that is really unpleasant on skin.

I thought this was awful, actually never smelt anything like. It smells so cheap initially & worse afterwards. Definitely would not purchase again yuck .

This is my favourite fragrance for everyday wear. It really is very close to the original. I also own Bal d'Afrique by Byredo and this Musk Therapy by Initio is similar. The difference is that Bal d'Afrique stays pretty much the same from opening to drydown whereas Musk Therapy opens with a citrus note and drydown to a lovely powdery woody scent.

I can definitely say it´s close to the OG but my skin does not get along with this one I get a urin smell to it. The OG is one of my favorite perfume so I´m sa sad I don´t get along with PP´s take on it.

I agree with many of the reviewers here, it's really close to the original perfume by Initio. I love this fragrance for everyday wear ofr just about any occasions. The citrus opening of Bergamot and Mandarin Orange is ok but the magic begins during the drydown stage. It becomes a powdery woody scent, just simply divine. When i can't decide what to wear, this is my go to scent.

Option Review:60ml Spray Extract
I love this fragrance. The more the fragrance develops in the direction of drydown, the creamy notes come through more and more. Initially a slight difference to the original, from the drydown identical. Thanks PP for this version.

I can't compare this to the original but this is lovely and totally unisex.
Opens up with mouthwatering fruit notes! At this stage it had me wanting to quench my thirst with a cool fruit drink! Then the musk makes an entrance and weaves in and out at intervals with the fruits! A lovely clean fresh summer one. Can't wait to wear this when summer arrives.

Just to be clear PP version and Orignal are very similar. Pp version misses the orange blast of the opening that fades away after few minutes and then stays very subtle underneath to balance the fragrance, but I have to say in the air are quite similar after few minutes. So if you like the orignal go for it, it's a clean musky airy fragrance maybe it lends to the feminine side

What an amazing inspiration this is. Soft, creamy, citrusy, clean, and long lasting with really nice sillage and projection. In my opinion this is not the closest compare to the OG that i have from PP (per example the inspiration of Rehab, same line and brand as Musk Therapy, is incredibly close, with a better performance than the OG) but this one has became one of my favourite fragances in my entire collection. As I said it is not the closest, the Og is more floral and musky, and this one is more creamy, sweet version. And man, how sexy and comfortable this is to wear. I couldn’t say which one, the Og or this, i like the most.I’ll probably go for the 60ml extract in my next purchase. 10/10.

Stupendoooooo! Finalmente è ritornato e l’ho ordinato subito!!! È identico all’originale! E adesso per non rimanere senza ne ordinerò un altro. Avrei voluto quello a spray ma purtroppo per l’Italia le spese di spedizione sono eccessive .
