Noisy For Men - 1913

I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

Smells so good perfect for the upcoming winter!

After a long search on the internet for my signature fragrance by Penhaligon's Roaring Radcliff, I found out it was discontinued. What a shame!!! You can imagine the feeling of a broken heart knowing you won't be able to buy and enjoy it anymore.
I came across this website and saw the reviews the previous buyers had posted. I have to say, I was very skeptical at first but I thought: "Oh well, just give it a try."
I purchased Noisy 1913, and boy let me tell you!!!!! It feels like I am wearing Roaring Radcliff again!!
The first spray was, well, surprising, I couldn't recognize it af first because the top notes didn't match like the original. But after a few minutes when the heart notes and base notes kicked in, I was like: "yup, there you are!"
The dry down is definitely Roaring Radcliff and I am very happy. I bought the 30 ML EDP Spray and I am very surprised and happy about it. Next time I'm getting a bigger bottle.
By the way, I live in The Netherlands and purchased it on 5-5-2025 and received may packaged on 5-12-2025, also pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping. Just 7 days.

This smells fantastic, spicy, sweet, smooth well blended, great for cold weather.

This is a great scent that lasts well and has a rich complex boozy smell with a warm cinnamon backbone.

Performance - 4.75 / 5 (the scent just dropped off a little by hour 9)

I wanted to base my reviews on more than just an unmeasured opinion, so I have used this method to rate all of my purchases at week 1 (under 7 days after delivery) and after week 4 (generally mentioned ‘maceration’ time). I always spray 2x each side in the clavicle, 1x behind each ear and the back of my neck, never on clothes.

With a total score of 10 equally split between smell and performance.

Smell: 0-5 (checked at 1, 2, 3, 5 & 9 hrs)
This is obviously just my own taste

Performance: 0-5
1 = Scent noticeable in the air
0.75 = Need to agitate
0.5 = Skin Scent
0 = No longer present

I can certainly say that, without exception, every scent has improved in performance between weeks 1 &4.

Another beauty from PP, this is the 3rd I've acquired with similarities to Penhaligans range namely Rumkale (Halfeti), Flaring for Men (Blazing Mr Sam) & this one which I adore even though I've never smelled the originals. All have good longevity for edp's although do have Extrait version of Rumkale 'Beast Mode!'. PP have excelled again really liking these fragrances at affordable prices & of a higher quality than others I've used.

Yes I can see the similarity with Tobacco Vanille but to my nose its a very different beast and its the rose coming through that transforms it. Beautiful.

This one does smell a lot like tobacco vanille, but it's softer and a lot less "aggressive" for want of a better word. To me it's a bit less sweet and also fresher - I love both but this one is more wearable day to day.

Stunning!! A warm honeyed tobacco. Opens up with rum and spices and the rich honey joins in and this is amazing! Not tried the original but I have previously purchased PP version of TF Tobacco Vanille. They are very similar and my husband enjoys that one a lot. But for me I love the honey note in this and it's 100% unisex. Thank you Perfume Parlour for these wonderful creations at affordable prices and high quality oils. Xx

Really nice. It has that smoothness you associate with the scent house that inspired this fragrance. Sweet but not that fructose candy sweetness we get from so many modern fragrances. The smell reminds me a bit of the spiced cakes my grandmother used to make. My first purchase from PP. Very happy.

Absolutely incredible. 95% like the original, another sublime scent. be prepared for compliments with this one boys.

I will give this 5 Star because it is 90 percent identical however it is not as boozy yet i like this one more as it is well blended and smooth and less harsh.

Wonderful warm cinnamon sweetness. Smells just like the original.
