Kola Bean - 1803

This is my most complimented PP fragrance. Unbelievable juice

I bought the original after getting the PP version. While the opening is better on the real thing this is short lived and they dry down rapidly to exactly the same fragrance. Save your money and get the PP version. I'll be selling my gen bottle very shortly. Thanks PP. Yet another banger. You must want to smell like Coca Cola though 😅

Slight Cola ice lolly smell

Okay just received my 50ml EDP and I love it. Yes it is a bit like root beer but with a sophistication. It is long lasting as well…6hr mark now. There is a nice balanced sweetness to it as well.

Due to all the good reviews I really expected this to smell exactly like Tonka Cola but unfortunately it is completely different to me. It lacks the sweetness and depth of the real thing. It smells a lot more masculine to me than gender neutral / unisex. It also has a very strange chemical undertone - almost like a slight bleach smell.

Really not sure about this one...it reminded me of something but I can't think what...I wore it on a thirteen hour shift, topping it up during the day, and only one person commented on it...I could smell it all day on myself though I'm not sure if I really wanted to...still haven't made my mind up if I like it or not

I think the opening deviates some from the original. I smell alot of cherry and it reminds me of bubblegum. Calms down into a sweet, lighly spicy fizzy scent.

I can see why it would be unisex but I find it rather sweet making it very suited to women. I love it very long wearing and strong too.

smells like dr pepper

at the beginning it does smell like coca cola for a good half an hour, after that it becomes a very gourmandy, sweet and quietly spicy late/datenight sent, one might say a generic gourmandy latenight scent but i think it's pretty good. very underrated. never smelled the original mancera but i guess this ones pretty close to the og as most pp scents are. longevity also good with this one.

Yet another amazing dupe. I agree that the opening differs slightly, comparing the OG to PP's Kola Bean. But I also that in a matter of minutes it's the same scent-journey. And it really is a journey this scent. On my skin, anyaway. Personally, I don't get a "wow this is straight up cola!" - that goes for both the OG and this. I do appreciate the cola-vibes, though, but only for the first half hour or so. Opens with a blast (..or a -ZING!!-) of spicy zesty citrus and developes slowly over the next couple of hours. After the first intense zestyness it gives way to something warmer, cozier.. Caramel-sugery, bergamot, lemon, cardemom, vanilla.. Idk. On my skin it dries down to a somewhat dry woody and warm smell.
Yadayada. Anyway: IT'S GOOD ;-D.
I would definitely save the money and get Kola Bean. Lasts for hours on skin and forever on clothes (as Saintly S and Sliced Apple - 2 of my favorite Kilian-dupes from PP)

Kola Bean 1803

This is pretty unique- sweet, spicy gourmand that’s feminine but equally not out of place on a man. The opening definitely smells of cherry cola with cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry, boozy vanilla/tonka and then a blast of woody notes. The cherry note disappears pretty quickly (wish it lasted), leaving warm spices and a rich, boozy vanilla/tonka gently wafting for hours. Not at all overpowering but definitely there. I love this and will be repurchasing.

Bought this because of the reviews on PP and I wasn't really sure about this when I first smelled it on my skin although others thought is was lovely. But it soon settled and oh my goodness ! The middle notes and dry down are simply gorgeous, lots of cinnamon and creaminess. I'm enjoying this so much !
Well done PP another gorgeous perfume !

Love the scent, it's identical to the original. But wish it lasted longer both on my skin and on fabrics.

Tonka cola very spicey and defo pick up the cola vibe fab blend by pp keep for the winter months though very strong 💪..

I have a decant of the original and comparing Kola Bean to the original on my skin on this rare occasion, I must say I preferred Kola Bean over the original, it is the dry down I prefer, but the opening of the original is effervescent and instantly projects quite strong. Kola Bean starts quite flat but as it warms up starts to project. Both the original and Kola Bean smell almost identical at the midway of the dry down, but start differently and end differently. Kola Bean dries down to a more Spice Bomb Extreme backbone, which I love. The Original though dries down to a musky smell I don't like, so overall I prefer PP's Kola Bean and would recommend it to those looking for a sweet but spicy scent.
