American Melody For Men - 0610

I waited months for this to come back in to stock and bought it with lots of other fragrances. Sadly this smells ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like YSL Jazz to me. I last had this in 1991. The PP version is just a basic soapy scent to my nose.
Never been so disappointed, mostly as you cannot get YSL Jazz OG anymore.
Just for context" The original Jazz perfume was a men's fragrance by Yves Saint Laurent that was introduced in 1988. The perfume's packaging and flacon were designed to look like piano keys". I am referring to the Piano Keys bottle version .

I used to pinch a few sprays of Jazz off my brother in the 90's and loved it.
This doesn't smell like I remember though, however I do like it and would buy it again. It smells like a darker, kind of heavier Jazz to me.
I do like to wear it and would get again.

The carrier oil is so strong it over powers the smell of the aftershave 😞

So lucky PP is selling this - this is a great scent - it brings me back to my younger years - quality is top and I have already some spare oils of this scent in case I ran out

just how i remember and incredible longevity.

The drydown is 1to1 ... I have the original(the first one). This is the most dirty seductive fragrance ever made,probably!

This has bought back so many memories, my husband used this when we first met over twenty years ago and I have to say this is identical to what jazz actually smells like.So glad I found this website, the oils are amazing.

Wow!! if you remember the original jazz & loved it, well then you will love this!! one of my faves!! very long lasting spray, close to 14hrs from 3 sprays & could still smell it on me!!

This is also like the original, smells lovely and lasts on my husband.

Quite a while since I bought the original, but am most pleased with this as it seems stronger and lasts so well like all the Perfume Parlour range.

Lush. As good as the original.
