Very similar to how I remember the original, so 5 stars, even though it's a touch heavy for my taste.
I much prefer the more approachable flanker, 'Garden of Love' which I recommend you try.

ghis version is medicinal, which I absolutely love, it lacks the bergamot punch to fill your mouth, still great powder, leathery, strong, ic more bergamot, this would be the greatest of all. very very nice. reordered from oil to compound

Disappointed in this one,. So wanted to like it as I am a big fan of the original,

I purchase 3 fragrances reflecting 3 high end fragrances I love. All are fantastic, and one of them actually lasts several times longer than the original Lutens (at 20% of the price). Really good quality and such a great range of fragrances to choose from. I have tried similar products from other companies which have irritated my skin, but no allergies at all from these Perfume Parlour ones. Highly recommend.

This is quite near to the original fragrance, just a tiny difference but hey this I can afford to use more often and still had remarks. It is pretty good lasting fragrance and would certainly buy again. I have loved all fragrances from PP, thank you for such good fragrances.

Definitely not soap on the one PP sent out to me.
There is definitely a resemblance to Shalimar, but I'm going to wait to see if it gets any stronger over the next few weeks, as it didn't last too long on my skin, probably 3 hours max before slowly fading away. Need to keep an eye out on this one to see if it gets better with time :)

Pues para mi es un olor deliciosa.., no te quedes con el olor directamente de la botella y ponlo en tu piel. Después de la fuerza inicial aparece la cremosidad de la vainilla y la tonca con un toque de incienso.., que para mi es embriagador .

Citrusy, almost medicinal opening that develops into an oriental vanilla after a few hours. Very sensual and sexual fragrance.

My friend had this and I tried it and loved it (having had the original perfume a couple of years ago). I like this one much better. It is long lasting and is truly gorgeous.

I buy a lot from PP, and do not review often, use to wear shalimar years ago,went and tested original at the wkend a real strong medical smell when first applied, which is not very nice,this is so much nicer, heavenly can't get enough of it.

Powerful, heady, and exotic. This old lady is quite the tiger, very warm and spicy, and very strong. I like this fragrance very much, but I'm not woman enough to wear it just yet. Hopefully my time will come... ;-). Review based on 3ml oil.

I've got seven little bottles yesterday. At first I tried Shaalimar because I have also the original. First I wasnt sure. But after a while it smelled like the original Lovely deep and warm. Thanks perfume parlour. I think a lot purchases will follow

Shalimar is my favourite Guerlain perfume. This is a very very good match.Smells gorgeous

This to me is much better than the original Shalimar. I had the original but although I liked it, there was something in it that made me feel nauseas, but the PP version has all the beautiful fragrance which I love, but does not make me feel ill. Maybe the note that made me ill is absent? for whatever reason anyway, I much prefer PP version of this scent.

Ive not tried the original but thought this would be great. at first it was strange but after half an hour it is lovel. I can really smell vanilla and the smell you get from flower garlands they sell in Thailand. love it

wore this today in the salon wasn't sure about the opening then forgot about it through out the day I kept smelling this amazing soft vanilla wasn't sure where it was coming from then realised it was me! Really suits cold weather! I'm hooked now! Lasts ages :)

Wow! This packs all the punch of the original, and I get all the same complex notes as the story unfolds. The longevity is amazing, and the sillage, impressive. While not exact, this is so much closer than I could have imagined possible.

I haven't a clue what I was sent but it smells horrible not what I was expecting, it`s made me want to buy a sample size of the eau de parfum ...
I will call back again with the verdict sorry...

Very happy to have found this product! Now I can float in a cloud of exquisite fragrance, as this is a very good smell-alike, sparing in use and long-lasting! Excellent!
