Card Red Surplus - 1850

Smels good, feminie version of real baccarat 540.

Delicious, poor sillage, have to keep reapplying every few hours.

Pretty good reindition to br540 extrait, does not perform that well

Don't know about this one...yet. Just not my style of fragrance but it's so well known I had to give it a go. I can see myself giving it away so my advice would be only get this if you have smelt the original, or looked at notes and reviews on fragantica. Will give you a better idea of what sort of scent you're getting

I have had a sample of the OG and wanted an affordable option. I have repurchases this item 3 times, I love it that much. Its warm and sweet and lasts a long time, I always get compliments when I wear this.

Smells lovely- just like the original. I love perfume parlour. They don’t always get scents right but when they do …….. oh wow ❤️

This is a fantastic fragrance that only for the first 30 second's of the opening is near perfection and will eventually buy the extract version. Well worth a blind buy.

Maibe the bacth. I don't know but I am not buying this 💩 animore

Bought the spray as a tester. There is a really strong smell of what I can only poorly describe as cloves / light garlic / medicine which I thought might wear off after a while, but it didn’t, it’s all I can smell after 20 hours. While it’s not an offensive smell, it’s certainly not one I would wear. I can smell the lovely sweet warm notes which I was hoping to get, hidden underneath, but they are completely swamped by the aforementioned. Maybe it’s the batch or perhaps it was because I bought the surplus rather than normal by accident. I will let it steep a month and see how it is then.

This concoction is beyond beautiful. It is exquisite and a mood lifter.

With surplus/extrait version I would say wears slightly more masculine than the original Card red - which isn’t a bad thing!!, as there’s not many fragrances for woman that i love and wear .. Surplus for me is a toned down sweetness (at first !!) and leans more woodsy and creamier .. With the opening a lot more going on .. It’s still a beautiful blend - cozy !! That you’d want to spray your pillow and snuggle into .. As time passes the sweetness I luuurv! comes out more to play and then the dry down smells like a slightly stronger Card red .. Where I am perhaps Impatient maybe?? and want my bitter candy NOW! not later 😀 haha thats with the original Card red notes that I love .. Amazing perfume P.P

Very close to the original. Good longevity - not as good as the original imho, but for the price, just keep spraying.

Never smelt the original extract, only the original br540 (which l have a carded sample of) so can’t tell how close it is, but the br540 dna is definitely there. It’s very short lived though, about 30 mins, maybe a batch issue.

Smells the same but no lasting power for me, i prefer the card red that one has some kind of lasting power

Insane smell, just cant stop sniffing. Its rather unique. I sense the cotton candy vibe many speak of. The medicinal part had me worried but its not gross like I kept imagening, it actually works perfectly. Lasts forever. The smell does develop very different depending on skin. With me its mostly woody sweet, while on my lady it seems way more candy sweet with light woods. On my skin its more of a flat version of Oud for Greatness, but this may be the saffron not working as well with my skin. But still, awesome smell, dont think anyone could dislike this.

itsa tricky one for me its like candy floss and dosent seem to change much yet i cant stop sniffing my wrist,and keep getting wafts of it and something more seems to be going on but is unmistakeably sweet candy floss and i have no idea why its so good ..... and the projection and longevity is first rate
